Announcement by Al Rajhi Capital regarding the distributions of fund dividend to the unitholders of Al Rajhi Growth and Dividends Fund
Al Rajhi Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the unitholders of Al Rajhi Growth and Dividends Fund for the semiannual period as of Oct 2023, entitlement date as 31/10/2023 as follows:
- Total distributed dividends Saudi Riyal 6,430,252.83
- Cash distributions shall be based on 14,289,450.74 outstanding units
- The dividends amount distributed 0.45 Saudi Riyal per unit
- The distribution ratio is (%1.96) of the net asset value as on Sunday date (16/04/1445 H) corresponding to (31/10/2023)
- Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Tuesday date (16/04/1445 H) corresponding to (31/10/2023)
- Distributions will be paid within (5) working days
The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
