Al Rajhi Capital announces a change in the membership of the board of Al Rajhi REIT Fund, due to appointing of board member Hossam Albasrawi, Non-Independent Fund Board, as of 22/01/1447 H, corresponding to 17/07/2025 G. The formation of the board after the change shall be:
- Meshal Al-Shenaifi, Chairman of the fund - Independent Member
- Abdulaziz Al-Omair, Independent Member
- Turki Alresayes, Independent Member
- Saleh Alderaan, Non-Independent Member
- Hossam Albasrawi, Non-Independent Member
